We are all unique human beings. Not perfect, because we are
human, and this is the human condition. So often we criticise ourselves for the
smallest things! We become full of self- criticism and begin to dislike
ourselves. The unrelenting chatterbox of our Inner Critic nit -picks at us,
eating away at our self-esteem.
If our best friend started putting themselves down like this, we
would immediately tell them not to be so critical of themselves, and remind them
of all their positive attributes. It’s time we were our own best friend! Decide
to be kind to yourself and love yourself today. Trust yourself, let every thought and action support
